Addys Castillo, Executive Director of the Citywide Youth Coalition (CWYC) in New Haven, CT Speaks on the importance of youth organizing, undoing racism work, and her insights on philanthropy and equity work. The unedited full length interview was recorded together with Jeremy Cajigas, a former participant and now Youth Organizer with CWYC who speaks on his personal experiences with racism in school, and the transformative impact of learning and leading undoing racism work with youth.
